Actor Himansh Kohli, who shot to fame with filmmaker Divya Kumar Khoslas “Yaariyan”, has transformed his body and says he likes to challenge himself to stay fit.
“I’ve always liked to challenge myself at every stage… to keep myself fit and disciplined. It isn’t a cake-walk, how it seemed to me initially. But once I hit the gym and continued for almost two years, I feel fit and strong internally,” Himansh said in a statement.
The actor followed a strict diet with his trainer. The diet is called birdseed diet, meaning a wholegrain diet, which helped the actor to shed the unwanted weight and get the desired lean body with internal purification of his body.
Also, his workout consisted of cardio and cycling. For an intense workout during cycling, he wore a weighted suit which weighs around 10 to 12 kg.
“I am religious towards my workouts and this feeling is like a booster for me to do better,” he said.
