Sanjay Singhania (Aamir) after being hit on head suffers from a short term memory loss. He cannot recollect anything beyond 15 minutes. He has various phone numbers and names tattooed on his body all hinting at one thing, seek revenge for the murder of his girlfriend, Kalpana (Asin). The long awaited Aamir Khan starrer ‘Ghajini’ is set for a grand release, which is supposed to surpass every Bollywood film till now. ‘Ghajini’ is a remake of A. R Murugadoss’s hit Tamil movie Ghajini that in turn was inspired by director Christopher Nolan’s psychological thriller ‘Memento’ starring Guy Pearce. Aamir Khan is all set to begin shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil film Ghajini. According to Khan, the collections of Taare Zameen Par have surpassed those of Rang De Basanti, which was released in 2006. Khan, who has been busy with the release of his movie, for the last few months, will resume shooting for Ghajini on 22 January. The film also stars Asin, Mohit Alawat and Jiah Khan and is directed by A.R. Murugadoss, who also directed the Tamil version. (more…)
