Director Mahender’s film, Veerabahu, will have actor Vijay playing the lead. Produced by Sandesh Nagaraj, the film’s remaining cast doesn’t have well known names. The producer and director have in the past delivered some good hits. Maybe this one will turn out the same way.

Actress Priyamani likes playing Uno cards in between shots. She has been seen playing Uno whenever she gets free time on the sets of Raam. She admits she has loved playing Uno since she was a child and now her craze for the game is spreading to the other team members!

Actor Fahad was the most appreciated in the recently released film, Kerala Café. He was the main character in one of the short films in the film, Mrityunjayam, a horror film. Fahad is now getting more and more film offers after he proved his talent as an actor in the film. While his debut wasn’t great, he is now gearing up to re-launch himself with all his new projects.

Director Saji’s movie Happy Husbands is shooting at a fast pace and will be released in about two months time. Starring Indrajith, Jayaram and Jayasuriya opposite Bhavana, Samvrutha and Nayana, the film is about three happy couples whose lives turn upside down when a girl, played by Rima Kallingal, enters their lives. Saji has already proved his mettle with his earlier film, Ivar Vivahitharayaal.

Actor Surya was reported to have signed for a Sri Lankan movie that turned to be a sensational talk across the town. Indeed, it stirred up a kind of frustration amongst his fans since the actor had earlier protests against Sri Lankan government for torturing Eelam Tamilians. (more…)
