Filmmaker-actor Sasikumar under the banner of Company Productions produces ‘Pasanga’ and featured young kids in lead roles. The film happens to be one of the biggest grosser at box-office winning rave reviews. The film was adjudged as the ‘clean entertainer’ by film critics and proved to be an excellent family entertainer.

Iranian movie ‘Half Mine Half Yours’ won the title of ‘Best Film’ while Chinese film ‘Two Men Class Room’ was ennobled as ‘Best Film’ by juries selection. Another Iranian movie ‘Child and the angel’ was awarded the ‘Best Screenplay’.

Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla presented ‘Golden Elephant award’ to director Pandiraj.

Director-actor Sasikumar has rendered his voiceover for the prologue portions of this film where he introduces all the four ruffians. According to the producer P.S. Sekar Reddy, it was Nandha Periyasamy, who was supposed to introduce the lead characters, but as the title ‘Maathiyosi‘ (meaning ‘think different’) suggests, the filmmaker opted for Sasikumar.

Apart from this, filmmaker Mysskin has offered to croon the final song in this film. It’s worth mentioning that Mysskin had already sung the title song ‘Kannadasan Kaarakudi’ in ‘Anjathey‘.

The launch of the movie will be held today and will be attended by Ganesh, Puneet Rajkumar and some others. The lead actress in the film, Ramya, will be wearing a school uniform and ponytail to the launch, to get into the character she plays in the film.

Earlier, the film was titled ‘Satyam, Sivam, Sundaram‘ but the title was now changed to suit the subject. The producers say,

“The song would be choreographed on Nithin and a young heroine in the first half of December. Nithin is playing a role, which would be very comfortable for his image. We have incorporated all kinds of elements that would suit the young audiences like love, sentiment, action, entertainment, suspense and thrill.”

Director Siddique says, “I have directed nine films in Malayalam and two in Telugu. This movie would be on par with films like ‘Peddarikam’ and ‘Hitler’, the Telugu remakes of my original Malayalam films. Manisharma’s music would be a highlight and would remain an asset for the success of the flick.”

Nithin says,

“The entire subject will depend on a mind game. I am playing the role of an IIT student. How a youth overcome the problems faced in his life with his intelligence is the basic theme of the film. We are making efforts to launch the audio and release the film in December.”

Abbas, Kota, Ali, Venumadhav, Raghubabu, Chalapati Rao, Narasimha Raju, Raja Sridhar, Raj Kiran, Ramaprabha, Rajyalakshmi, Kavita and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Chintapalli Ramana, music is by Manisharma, camera is by Jayaram, editing is by TR Sekhar while Vasavi M is the presenter.

Producer Jillala Venkata Reddy says,

“We are very happy that the first film under our banner had earned a positive talk. Especially, the message given to the youth reached them and it really attract the young audiences. Moreover, the way the director molded the story is also quite impressive. All the five songs tuned by music director Koti are also very melodious and are attracting the audiences. Though novices, the young lead pair did complete justice to their roles and Duvvasi Mohan’s comedy is very novel. The characters played by Jeeva and Uttej also ticked the funny bones of the audiences well. We are planning to launch our second project with a beautiful family subject. We will soon announce the details of the movie, artistes and technicians.”

Now, they’re all set to work together again for another film. The untitled film will be a remake of Bhagyaraj’s yesteryear classic- ‘Suvarilladha Chitrangal‘ featuring Santhanoo as film’s protagonist and search is on for a newcomer to star opposite him in female lead role.

Being one of the finest screenwriters, Bhagyaraj is penning new-fangled screenplay to suit the tastes of contemporary audiences. At the moment, Santhanoo Bhagyaraj is busy shooting for ‘Aayiram Vizhakku‘ with ace actor Sathyaraj. Hosimin, an associate of director Shankar, who made his debut directorial with ‘February 14‘, directs this action-packed thriller.

She stated that her friends came down from Bangalore and Chennai to be with her and arranged a party at a common friend’s house. She was touched by their kindness. Meanwhile, she has two films, a Malayalam film with director Shyamaprasad and one Tamil film opposite Arya, to shoot for and Adurs, which will be releasing on December 18.

“Santhosh and his parents had a casual meeting with Navya Nair and her family members. Well, as things went on all, the elders have arranged for their marriage now. The wedding is expected to take place without a formal engagement ceremony in Kerala.”

Meanwhile, Navya Nair is busy now working on her autobiography and will complete it shortly.

According to filmmaker Selvah, the sequel begins with climax shot of ‘Naan Avanillai‘ where the protagonist continues his ‘Casanova acts’ in abroad.

If first part had alluring missies- Namitha, Malavika, Sneha, Keerthi Chawla and Jyothirmayi in female lead roles, the sequel brings the sensuous hotties Sangeetha, Lakshmi Rai, Swetha Menon, Hema Malini and Rachna Maurya.

Censor Board officials have passed ‘A’ certificate for the film for its extremity in glamour quotient.
