It’s final. Actress Navya Nair will be marrying Santosh Menon, a Mumbai-based marketing professional, in January. The wedding will be held in Muthukulam, Navya’s hometown in Alappuzha district. Navya recently met Santosh in Kerala. Meanwhile, Navya is working on director Shaji Kailas’ film, Drona opposite Mammootty.

Director duo Pramod-Pappan’s film, Black Stallion, is going to be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu. Starring popular actress Namitha, Kalabhavan Mani and Bala, the film will be titled Nil Gavani Ennai Kadhali in Tamil and Ithoru Managaalu in Telugu. The dubbed versions of the film will release soon.

Actor Jaggesh and his brother Komal Kumar will be coming together to star in Lift Kodla, after they delivered a success with Manmatha. Directed by Ashok Kashyap, the film will be produced by Shankar Reddy under the banner of CMR Production. The movie will commence shooting from November 23 and will be shot around Bangalore, Mangalore, etc. The cast includes Sudarshan, Raju Talikoti, Kishor, V Manohar, Killer Venkatesh, Bullet Prakash, etc.

Actor Prakashraj’s marriage with wife Lalitha Kumari is now over. The two of them had sought divorce by mutual consent at a family court in Chennai. The divorce ended their marriage of fifteen years. Only Prakashraj earlier sought the separation while Lalitha Kumari filed for a reunion petition and sought a monthly alimony of Rs. 2 lakh. However, she also agreed on a divorce later.

Kannada film, Jokali, had its music launch recently. KCN Chandrasekhar released the music, composed by Telugu composer SA Rajkumar. Directed and produced by Deepak and Ananji Nagaraj respectively, the film stars Gowrishankar and Udayatara in the lead roles. The event saw many known faces from the industry. The film’s release date is yet to be announced.
