Mumbai, July 10 (IANS) The Italians, past masters at staging and appreciating operas, gave Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmavati” a standing ovation when it was staged in Spoleto, Italy. “Padmavati”, Bhansali’s version of a 1923 ballet written by Albert Roussel, had its first performance in Italy in June end. Can it be true? Sanjay Leela Bhansali has plans to pair up Shah Rukh Khan and Rakhi Sawant in a forthcoming untitled film. This romantic film is supposed to create the same magic that Aishwarya and Salman created in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. The director seems to put all the so-called notions to the drains by such a choice of actors. Finally, the magical day arrived when the speculations about the release of two big banner movies ( Om Shanti Om and Saawariya) got over and media got a new job of calculating the ups and downs related to these movies all across the world. It seems that both the movies started well with 80 to 100% opening to them on Friday, but according to the rating of different media sources and the audience’ general response, OSO alone is likely to sweep the theaters across the world in the coming days.
