According to sources, she has been forced to discard outfits by Sabysachi, Priyadarshini Rao and Abu Sandeep. Vidya has lost 4 inches from the top and 3 from the waist and she herself confirms having to get rid of the outfits. She believes it’s a classic case of ‘To gain something, you have to lose something.’ We couldn’t agree more.

A source claims, “Ajay and Rohit wanted bulk dates from Vidya for their 45 days long shooting schedule in Goa which was to include the entire cast of the film. But since Vidya had already committed her dates to Balki’s Paa and few other important projects she expressed her inability to allocate so many days at a stretch that too for an outdoor shoot.”

Well then Vidya’s loss turned out to be Bipasha’s double gain as during the Goa shoot, Bips ended up getting friendly with Ajay Devgan. And now post, All The Best, she has now landed yet another film with Ajay. She has been signed up by Kumar Mangat and Ajay for their new film opposite Akshaye Khanna. It will be directed by Priyadarshan and is based on honour killings.

Vidya Balan is counted among those few fortunate ones who have made it on their own in Bollywood. Now this diva is all set to thank Mumbai-the city of dreams, by pledging to make it green.

Vidya has joined hands with Nana Chudasama, an eminent jurist and a former mayor and Sheriff of Mumbai. He is the founder of the NGO Giants International and has been very active all these years to make Mumbai- an environment friendly place.

Vidya is endorsing Chudasama eco-friendly cause and was seen distributing saplings to plant trees among the Mumbaities, on Sunday morning at Marine Drive.

Speaking on the occasion, Vidya goes, “Nana sahib has been very much part of my life as a Mumbaikar. I don’t miss the banners he has been putting outside his office which has become almost a landmark in Mumbai. I have been reading about him and also seen him doing so many good things for the society and the common Mumbaikar.”

Chudasama is the president of “I Love Mumbai” which he founded when he was Sheriff of Mumbai. The organization focuses on the greening, beautification and cleaning of Mumbai.

Vidya goes on to add, “ It is a privilege for me to be standing with him today and contributing my bit to his pet project, the tree planting drive from his NGO-I LOVE MUMBAI.”

Miss Balan has turned a huge raving cricket fan and is madly in love with the gentleman’s game. Apparently, Vidya became a big fan of Cricket right after being cleaned bowled by Zaheer Khan.

Yes Vidya has a thing for Zaheer. Ahem That is Vidya is a big fan of cricket and even a bigger fan of Zaheer Khan’s cricketing.

Recently Vidya confessed to a friend that her favorite cricketer is Zaheer Khan.

And her friend told us, “Vidya thinks Zaheer is the hottest cricketer on the block.”

“Zaheer’s coyness appeals to Vidya. She feels Zaheer’s quite nature may give a different impression but he is a strong man from within,” add the over-zealous friend.

States Vidya, “See it has been a dream come true for me to work along side Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan) and once again with Abhishek after Guru. Both are pretty chilled out on the film’s sets and never make me feel that we all are working together for the first time. Both are very easy to work with and very cooperative. Abhishek is extremely hilarious. Working with the both of them was a nice experience. I am amazed by Amitji’s patience on the sets. He definately deserves to be called the father of our industry.”

Revealing futher the pretty actress adds, “The most interesting thing about the film is that Abhishek Bachchan plays the role of the father while Amitabh Bachchan plays the son. My character comes as the surprise package of the film. We still have a schedule pending as there are a few songs and scenes left to be shot. I am confident that film be loved by all when it releases, hopefully by the year end.”
