Singer, Actor, Tibetan Yoga Expert and Motivational speaker Raageshwari tied the knot on January 27th with renowned International Law Barristor Sudhanshu Swaroop.Before moving to London for good, all her friends, relatives and associates were invited for two ceremonies.
Jan 25th was a western themed dance ceremony at Four Seasons for the guests from UK and Scotland.
Jan 27th was the traditional Indian dinner for friends. Post the dinner Raageshwari and Sudhanshu married at 12 midnight according to Holy Hindu Pheras.
Various friends and relatives flew in from far away places such as England, America, Scotland, Australia, Pakistan and Russia. Raageshwari particularly was uncontrollably emotional at the time of Pheras. It was heart-rending to see her bond with her parents and brother. Sudhanshu was the supportive spouse but seemed totally moved by the emotions.

Raageshwari wore a peach organza chania choli lehenga before the wedding ceremony.
The brief given to the designers was to keep it simple and fresh. Raageshwari wanted to walk around freely to meet guests.This was an interesting pre-wedding ceremony as the groom and bride did not stand on any stage, instead walked around the lawns to meet guests. The shenais played, the rajnigandha and mogra flowers were everywhere giving an exotic fragrance and there was Peshwari food for all to relish.
A simple and yet such a fairytale affiar in true Indian Style.
