How Bollywood celebrated Father’s Day today?

On the occasion of Father’s Day on Sunday, megastar Amitabh Bachchan went down the memory lane by sharing an image of three generations of the Bachchan family, and said his father’s pearls of wisdom will continue to guide him always. Ajay Devgn celebrated with children from NGO and Other Bollywood celebrities Dia Mirza, Bipasha Basu and Tisca Chopra and others have taken the digital route to send out love and wishes to their off-screen heroes — their fathers on the occasion of Father’s Day on Sunday.

Amitabh Bachchan, 73 reminisced his father, the late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

And thereby on the auspicious occasion of Father’s Day, our wishes to those with us and those that have left us … but left us not to be disadvantaged or disheveled by the pollution of society, but indeed to be welcomed as a day of respect and admiration… And their considerate words of wisdom, that shall remain with me for the rest of my life, the actor wrote on his blog.

Amitabh Bachchan also asserted that he falls short of words when talking about his father. He posted:

My Father… What does one really say about him here… It is best left unsaid and without fuss or fear.

The actor tweeted that for him, everyday is Father’s Day. He also tweeted a collage with an image of himself with his father, another one with his son Abhishek and yet another one of Abhishek posing with his daughter Aaradhya.

Ajay Devgn, a regular supporter of Smile Foundation, spread smile among some of the children of the NGO here on Father’s Day on Sunday.

He met the children at his Juhu office, and later posted a video on Twitter. In the video, he is seen giving gifts to the smiling children, signing autographs and getting clicked with them.

Ajay Devgn’s daughter Nysa and son Yug with wife actress Kajol, tweeted:

Thank you for your endless love. I am lucky to have so many children sharing their love with me on this Father’s Day.
