The beard was supposed to come off this month after the completion of his schedule for Shankar?s film. But Dutt?s mentor Amar Singh played the spoilsport. He asked Dutt to campaign for the assembly elections in Maharashtra.

That?s when Dutt?s shooting schedule got somewhat messed up.

Says a source close to Dutt, ?Sanjay Dutt was supposed to complete the current schedule of Knock-Out and then move on to Indra Kumar?s Dhamaal Part 2, the next schedule of Anees Bazmi?s No Problem and the remaining portion of Bunty Walia?s Lamhaa. But suddenly Sanjay got a call from Amar Singh asking him to campaign for the by-elections in Maharashtra.?

When Amar Singh summons Sanjay Dutt hears no other voice.

Says the source, ?Sanjay immediately gave the dates required. Resultantly his schedules were thrown off by two weeks.?

Two weeks in itself would?ve not been such a setback were it not for the beard. Apparently Dutt refused to shave off the beard to work on other pending projects simultaneously with Knock-Out.

Says the source, ?Sanjay feels a false beard would cut into the authenticity of his character in Knock-Out. He refused to shave off the beard and take on the other projects after the delay caused by the by-elections. He requested other producers to push up their dates until he could finish with his bearded look.?

Dutt has now decided he will hold a ?Look? for his film even if means cutting down on his assignments. In fact after he was unable to shave off his beard during Knock-Out he gave others producers the option of signing someone else.

But according to inside sources from the television industry Khan has been asked by the channel to deliberately mislead Bigg Boss housemates and viewers into believing he?s making a wild- card entry.

Says the highly-placed very reliable source, ?In reality Khan entered the reality show on Thursday as a mere visitor. But by making the housemates think he?s wild-card entry the channel wants to provoke the housemates and create a bitter drama. On Sunday it?d be revealed that Kamal Khan is not a contestant at all any more, and not eligible to win Bigg Boss.?

Khan who had been thrown out of the Bigg Boss house is naturally happy to be back creating more tamasha for the inmates.

Pretty damsel Ragini is very jittery about her debut performance at an upcoming award function, she explains her nervousness, “It is my first stage performance at award gathering and that too on a Madhuri Dixit song ‘Maar dala’, so it is quite scary. I hope to live up to my own and public’s expectations”.

She is also performing with her on-screen hero Aamir Ali in the same function, “I and Aamir are doing a romantic act which will have two songs ‘Aj Din Chadeya and Shukran Allah,’ so I am quite excited about that too” says an excited Ragini.

Besides her performance, Ragini is all set to look her best for the show too, she informs “Ashish Dwyer has designed a cobalt blue gown for me to wear for this function and my outfits for the performances are designed by talented designer Deepika’

“The channel and production house has decided to reveal the sixth captain in the first episode of the show which will be going on air in mid December. Also channel is planning to get Shreya Ghoshal on the bench,” chirps the source.

They are still in talking terms with the singer. “Yes things are still in the process with regards to Shreya thus they haven’t finalized on any names. Shreya is a good and a known singer who is loved by all age group. They are trying hard to get her on the board but nothing can be said as of now,” adds the source.

When asked of when is the show going on air our source replied, “Its going to be somewhere in the mid December and will be given a prime slot. Though it is yet to be decided of whether it will be a weekend or a weekday’s slot.”

Lets wait and watch of whether Shreya gets her share in the show or some else takes the cake.

And the source is none other than the director of the movie Ishaan himself. Exclaims Ishaan, “Shenaz was suffering from the flu while shooting. Considering the rampant spread of swine flu during that period everyone on the sets tried to maintain distance from her and eventually she felt boycotted somewhere down the line.”

“However, it turned out to be a normal flu and we all were saved including her,” he signs off with a chuckle.

JD Majethia of Hats Off productions recently threw a bash to celebrate the successful journey of their super natural thriller ‘Shree’ that recently went off air. Shree premiered on Zee TV last year and had soon become a favorite with the viewers.

Says the producer J.D Majethia, “Working on ‘Shree’ was a wonderful experience and we are thankful to the viewers for their positive responses to the serial. We’re glad that it’s ending on a good note and at the right time.”

On the other hand, Hats Off productions launched their brand new family show ‘Sukh By Chance’ that recently debuted on Sony TV. The production house also threw a party for the same.

“We are now super excited about ‘Sukh By Chance’ and are sure the audiences will love this show too” adds the producer.

During the shoot of this Anil Kapoor Films and Rawail Grandsons Entertainment’s newest venture, Director Anees Bazmee was in for an unpleasant surprise when he realized that the weather condition was chillier than he expected.

When this was brought to Sanju’s attention he immediately purchased a jacket from the Canal Walk Mall and gifted it to his director which interestingly we hear was a good close to worth USD 5000

Quite obviously, Anees was completely taken aback by this gesture shown by Sanju baba.

Farah Khan of Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om fame has just signed Akshay Kumar for her next directorial venture titled “Tees Maar Khan”.

The film will be produced by Shirish and Farah’s home production “Three’s Company Pvt Ltd.” and co-produced by Akshay Kumar’s “Hari Om Productions”.

Talking about choosing Akshay Kumar as the lead Shirish Kunder confirms, “I had written this film with Akshay in mind and was initially planning to direct it. But when Farah and I formed our production company, we mutually thought it best that she direct this film while I take the responsibility of a producer. Akshay and I shared a great rapport while working on Jaane-e-mann, and I have been looking forward to work with him again. This project gives me that opportunity”

Farah Khan’s last movie was, Om Shanti Om, which at the time of its release was the highest grossing Hindi film of that time and ever since the who’s who of the industry has wanted to work with her.

Quotes Farah Khan, “It’s our first project under Three’s Company Pvt Ltd. and we are very excited. Akshay Kumar comes under the bracket of the top 3 actors in the industry. Tees Maar Khan as a script is right up my alley. It’s brilliant and Akshay suits the role perfectly as Shirish wrote it with him in mind. It will be a pleasure to be working with him.”

Talking about his next venture with Shirish and Farah, Akshay Kumar said, “Farah is the strongest and the most capable woman in the business. She holds respect from the biggest of people. Tees Maar Khan is going to be a special film because it has the best of both worlds-Farah’s talent as a director and Shirish’s story telling ability. I’m very happy to be associated with this project and I’m sure Farah will make sure we live up to the title and make this film larger than life.”

From the looks of it the teaming one of Bollywood’s most successful directors -Farah Khan and one of the industry’s most successful actors -Akshay Kumar do make quite a force to reckon with.
