“True Love” singer Pink, who energetically performs on stage during her concerts, says stage performances are the best workout.
“My favourite workout right now is hot yoga, but my favourite workout in general is my show because I get to have fun while I’m sweating!,” Women’s Health magazine quoted her as saying.
However the singer does exercise vigorously and has an intensive workout regime. She also tries to squeeze in regular sessions with her personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Pink, who has recently taken up hot yoga, feels it strains her out too much. The 34-year-old is contemplating quitting it.
