Chetan Bhagat, Faisal Rashid launch life-size book

Published on

Celebrated author Chetan Bhagat on Friday launched a life size book titled “Guide to Understanding Women” along with actor Faisal Rashid, who will next be seen in the upcoming TV show “Har Mard Ka Dard”.

The plane book is an ode to all the men. Bhagat was the first man to write on the book, which will further travel across various parts of the country to document their experiences of understanding women.

Directed by Parmeet Sethi, the sitcom stars Jhinal Belani and Faisal.

“‘Har Mard Ka Dard’ is an interesting concept and very relatable. Whether it is your mother, sister, wife or friend, not understanding and decoding them are what most men experience every day in their lives.

“The whole idea of launching a life size book is to encapsulate men’s experiences and help other men to deal with them better,” Faisal said in a statement.

Bhagat said: “Understanding women is the most complex thing in the world. No degree or formula can help us decode them. I have recently written a book in which I have interviewed 100 women. However, despite that, I feel I have a long way to go in understanding women.”

The interesting part of the travelling book activity is that besides men, women can also come forth to share their views on what men must do in order to understand them better.

“Har Mard Ka Dard” will be aired on Life OK.
