“Saturday Saturday” hitmaker Indeep Bakshi is out with a new track titled “Burberry checks”, and he says he always tries to make songs which can “touch international standards”.

The song unveiled on January 8, under the label Zee Music Company, has been viewed 7,502,790 times on YouTube. It is the first track of his album “Karma”.

Indeep, who described it as “it’s a girl and a boy thing which I expressed in a flow”, told IANS: “I always try to make something which can touch international standards so, ‘Burberry checks’ has been shot keeping all the aspects of international style in mind.”

The video has been directed by David Zennie.

“I have done the music and the lyrics are penned by me. It took around two to three months to come out with the final cut of the song,” said the singer.

“The song, which is an R&B number, is being loved by millions of people and I am very thankful to them. I will be coming up with many new tracks in the coming months and all will be of an international level, starting from a song for which I will be travelling to America,” he added.
