Buoyed by the success of Hrithik Roshan starrer “Kaabil”, director Sanjay Gupta has already begun writing a new film.
“My favourite writing desk in the corner of my room in Khandala. A new journey begins,” Gupta tweeted, alongside an image of a desk near a window overlooking greenery.
“Kaabil”, produced by Rakesh Roshan, has proved to be a success with its story of a blind couple.
For Gupta, the appreciation for the film is even more special as it comes after he faced a setback with films like “Woodstock Villa”, “Acid Factory” and “Jazbaa”.

Richa Chadda looking forward to web series ‘Powerplay’
Bollywood actress Richa Chadda is looking forward to her journey on web series “Powerplay”.
“I am very excited about the web series ‘Powerplay’ which will be coming soon. It is based on the cricket tournaments and the events behind it,” Richa said at an event to celebrate Furrentine’s Day with abandoned stray friends here on Friday.
Directed by Karan Anshuman, the show features Richa in the role of a successful actress. It is rumoured that her character — “that of an actress who owns a cricket team” — is based on Preity Zinta and the series focuses on cricket and betting. Angad Bedi plays her beau in the web series.
Besides that, Richa is filming for David Womark’s Indo-American production “Love Sonia”. She has also started work on “Fukrey 2”, the sequel to 2013 film “Fukrey”.
The Masaan actress will be seen reprising her character of Bholi Punjanban in “Fukrey 2”, to be helmed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba.

Ranveer, Farah’s ‘Khoon Bhari Maang’ rendition
Actor Ranveer Singh and ace choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan have enacted a Bollywood filmy scene from veteran actress Rekha’s popular 1988 film “Khoon Bhari Maang”.
Ranveer took to Twitter on Saturday to share a playful video in which he and Farah can be seen standing near a pool.
While the popular song “Main teri hoon jaanam” is played in the backdrop, they are first seen seducing each other, after which Farah pushes Ranveer into the pool.
“Khoon Bhari Maang” told the story of a wealthy widow (Rekha) who is almost killed by her lover (Kabir Bedi) and sets out for revenge.
