Anshuman Jha, who is busy with his next film “Mona Darling”, a suspense thriller with a cyber crime set up, says he really wants “The Big Bang Theory” star Sheldon Cooper to watch the film.
Anshuman plays the role of a sociopath in the film. For his character, he is seeking advice from actor Kunal Nayyar, who is married to Anshuman’s cousin Neha Kapur.
“I play a guy who is not comfortable with physical contact. He lives in the virtual world and perceives the world through a game created by him. My character draws from Benedict Cumberbatch in ‘Sherlock’ and Sheldon Cooper from ‘The Big Bang Theory’, so Kunal’s inputs will be vital for me,” Anshuman said in a statement.
The “Chauranga” actor is also planning to fly down to the US to meet Nayyar, known for playing Rajesh Koothrappali in “The Big Bang Theory”.
“I’m flying down to US to show the final product to Kunal as his opinion also matters to me a lot. I really want Sheldon Cooper to watch my film. If that happens, it would be an honour for me and this film,” he added.
