Negative effects of technology projected in Maathu Thavani

Published on

Where technology is playing a major role in comforting the lives of today’s younger generation, director Pavithran has tried to project their negative effects on the same through his flick Maathu Thavani.

The director speaks, “Maathu Thavani speaks about the youngsters who are affected by cell phones, credit cards and IT. The title of this film is the name of the famous bus stand in Madurai.

Ram, Suri, Vimal and Mitha are the youngsters who roam around this bus stand. There are lots of job opportunities these days because of cell phones, credit cards and IT companies.

But this film explains the adverse affects because of this. The film is to be released by end of this month.”
