The anonymous caller said that Thilakan would be killed within a week. According to the police, the caller’s number seems to be from a gulf country. Attempts are being made to track down the person behind this.
The tiff between the veteran actor and AMMA broke out a while ago when Thilakan was asked to stop working. He has expressed that he doesn’t want to apologize to AMMA because they are not a trade union and they cannot ask him to stop working. He doesn’t want to offer any explanations until he receives a letter from the association.
