Ritiesh and I are not gay: Sajid Khan
New Delhi, July 7(IANS) Actor-director Sajid Khan, who is known for his tongue-in-cheek comedy, annoyed his friend Ritiesh Deshmukh when he took a dig at his sexual orientation on his forthcoming talk show “Sajid’s Superstars”.
Ritiesh actually walked out of the show when Sajid asked him if he was gay. “What sort of a question is that Sajid? First you call me for your chat show, and then ask me such stuff!” Ritiesh exclaimed in an exasperated tone after Sajid’s question.
The audio-visual was showcased at the launch of new entertainment channel Colors on which the hour-long show would be aired every Saturday from July 26. On being asked about what had exactly happened on the sets, Sajid told IANS: “Sometime back there was some media report saying that Ritiesh and I are gay. But there isn’t anything like that. In fact, he is like a brother to me.”
However, he refused to give further details saying: “You just have to wait and watch the show to know more about what would happen.” Apart from Ritiesh, Sajid will be seen taking digs at Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Vidya Balan, Vivek Oberoi, Shahid Kapur, Ranbir Kapoor and many others.
Sajid promises that his show will have lots of fun and frolic.
