Film Shootings closed down after Balasaheb Thackeray’s death news

Immediately after the news floated in of Balasaheb Thackeray’s sad demise, The Shooting of various films and television shows have been cancelled. There were lots of updates on Social Networking sites and Blackberry Messenger group’s about the death of Shiv Sena supremo by various unknown networks and sources from last three days, But the news was confirmed only few hours back with an official announcement from the Thackeray family.

Famous producer Mukesh Bhatt said “As a mark of respect to the great leader Balasaheb Thackeray who passed away on Saturday we have asked our members to cancel their shooting for two days.” The Federation of Western India Cine Employees has sent out a note to various producers body not to shoot on Saturday and Sunday.

Two days back Amitabh Bachchan also tweeted a long tweet about his warm relations with the Leader. The actor also expressed emotionally about the Co-operations and support provided by Thackeray to the Bachchan family during their bad times.
