I have to enjoy having chai and pakoda during rains – Shweta Khwatra

Q. Do you like rainy season?
A. Yes, I do like rainy season.

Q. What’s that one thing which you love about this season?
A. During this time the weather becomes very nice and “heat se thodi rahat milti he….”

Q. What is the one thing that you hate about rainy season?
A. Well, I can’t say that I hate but I just dislike the traffic in Mumbai during the rain which is not found in any another city.

Q. What do you miss the most watching the heavenly shower?
A. I miss garam garam pakode the most while watching the heavenly shower.

Q. How do you like to spend your day when it’s raining heavily?
A. I just love to spend the day at my home, seated near the window and admiring the beautiful raindrops.

Q. Rain has always been associated with romance. What’s your opinion on the same?
A. Yeah. It is the symbol of romance and I too agree with this.

Q. Which is your favorite song picturized on rain?
A. My favorite song is ‘aaj lapat jaye to…’ picturized on Smita Patel and Amitabh Bachchan…

Q. What do you generally dress up while moving out on a rainy day?
A. I use my chappals and shorts which basically will not get dirty in the rain.

Q. Which dish do you cherish eating?
A. I like to have chai and omelets.

Q. Any special memory relating to this season?
A. When in Delhi I have to enjoy having chai and pakoda during rains. But in Mumbai, been an actress now, I can’t afford to have pakodas due to the high calories factor.
