Mandira Bedi unveiled Women’s Health magazine
India Today Launches Women’s Health’s Fit is the New Sexy Series. With the fit and fabulous Mandira Bedi on the May 2013 cover. Mumbai, May 11, 2013: The 12th issue of Women’s Health India, brought out by the India Today group, was unveiled by its May cover girl Mandira Bedi at a press conference at Hotel “The Orchid” in Vile Parle, Mumbai on 11th May 2013.
Post the unveiling, Mandira took part in a chat with Women’s Health Executive Editor Sunalini Mathew. The actor and anchor spoke about taking fitness to the next level and how she is an inspiration to a generation of women aspiring to be a fitter, healthier version of themselves. Mandira also shared her tips for living a wholesome life—eating right and being happy and confident.
