Dinner at the recently opened Salt Water Café Churchgate hosted by Riyaaz Amlani. Saturday, 26th September 2013- For years, Bandraites gloated with pride while the townies turned green with envy when Salt Water Café opened its doors in the Queen of the Suburbs. South Mumbai’s biggest grievance of endless travel time haunted residents who craved for the café’s European appeal. So after enticing patrons for five years with its luscious menu that leaves them coming back for more, it has found another home at Churchgate with a brand new outlet.
The dinner at Salt Water Cafe was attended by Ashad Syed, Neha Dhupia, Rashmi Uday Singh, Pia Trivedi, Ritwick Bhattacharya, Shazahn Padamsee, Rajeev Samant, Malavika Sangghvi, Kanchal Kaur, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Jamal Mecklai, Pravina Mecklai, Rahul da Cunha, Krsna Mehta, Kishore DF, Acquin Pais, Sonali Nagrani and Tariq Ansari who joined in to celebrate this joyous occasion.

The food highlights for the evening included Soy + Mirin, Grilled Lamb, Seared Basa, Twice Cooked Snapper and the Hazelnut Mousse.
The bar featured the brand’s tradition forward with artisanal concoctions that include Fresh Fruit Bellinis, Pomegranate & Thyme, Melon Sangria, Whiskey Sour, Watermelon Martini, Sangria Rosso and Choco Tangerine Martini
The get together was an elegant soiree of fun, laughter and delectable food, and drinks.
