Bipasha is getting compliments for her item song in Aa Dekhen Zara but very few know that Bips has gone through a lot of pain while shooting that song. It is believed that Bipasha was going through the knee pain as she injured her knee few days before the shoot of that item number. Though her physiotherapist advised her to take complete rest actress chose to work.
A unit hand informs us Bipasha attended rehearsal a day before the shoot. Being so professional Bipasha made sure that her knee pain shouldn’t affect her work schedule thus she used to visit her physiotherapist during the shoot breaks.
