Sherlyn Chopra’s tribute to Hema Malini
The sensuous diva Sherlyn Chopra is all set to hit the charts with her music album Dard-e-Sherlyn. Her first ever album was titled Outrageous and had received wild reviews. Sherlyn Chopra takes up some hit Bollywood tracks in this new album. She herself has written and composed the English track in the Bollywood remix.
The video album has been choreographed by Remo. Sherlyn informs that the album is indeed a tribute to dreamgirl Hema Malini. But she didn’t mean it intentionally. In fact, she wanted to make the album in English but add a few lines in Hindi to express her unspoken dard. Her search for some good lines ended with the sad philosophical song from the hit film Dus Numbri, which Hema Malini lip sings. Asha Bhonsle had sung the original song with the sensuousness of Hema intact. Sherlyn also has tried to give some sensuality to the album in terms of Hindi keeping Hema in mind.
If she wanted someone with ample amount of sensuousness then why not Rekha or Parveen Babi, Sherlyn chuckles that she is more fascinated by Hema that those two beauties. She doesn’t link the diamond studded bikini top to the inner soul of a person.
