London, Oct 3 (ANI): Late Michael Jackson’s family is believed to have filed a secret document at an LA court against the singer’s lawyer, in their bid to win control of his will.

The document, which reportedly proves that Jackson fired John Branca, who is co-executor of the tragic singer’s will, will help them in their battle to regain control of the superstar’s 300million pounds-plus estate.

Branca, who had served as Jacko’s lawyer on and off for 29 years, claims he was re-hired by the singer eight days before his death in LA in June, and, as per the July 2002 will, he is co-executor of the estate alongside fellow lawyer John McClain.

He admits he was fired and re-hired, and also quit at various times in the pair’s relationship.

“In mid-June, Michael Jackson retained John Branca to represent him as general and entertainment counsel in his business and personal affairs,” the Sun quoted Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the executors, as saying.

“The letter retaining Branca was shared with lawyers for Katherine Jackson,” he stated.

In September Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled Jacko’s mum Katherine can challenge the special administrators without risking her inheritance.

The Jacksons have raised fears about deals struck by Branca and McClain since they were granted temporary control of the estate.

But last night at the court, Judge Beckloff ruled they would retain control until the end of the year. (ANI)

In my opinion, I think Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch should go to his family in memory of him.
