New Bond film pays homage to ‘Goldfinger’ with oil scene
Washington, Oct 6 (ANI): As a tribute to 007 classic ‘Goldfinger’, new James Bond movie Quantum Of Solace will recreate an iconic scene with new Bond girl Gemma Arterton. In the movie, Arterton plays a spy for British intelligence service MI6, reports Contactmusic.
She shot a scene covered in oil as her character Agent Fields lies face down across a bed and drowns in the thick, sticky substance.
The images of the scene are reminiscent of the moment actress Shirley Eaton was killed in 1964’s Goldfinger – when she was asphyxiated after being covered from head to toe in gold paint.
