Now, Winehouse addicted to sunbeds
London, July 8 (IANS) Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse is now addicted to sunbeds and friends fear that it puts her health in danger. Thesun.co.uk reports that her friends are concerned because she spends more than an hour each day soaking up the dangerous rays and at times sleeps off there.
“Amy can’t do anything by halves. Recently, she has been going for it on the sunbed, but she won’t be told. She bought it to get rid of scabs that started appearing on her skin,” said a concerned friend.
The friend added: “Over the years Amy has been addicted to alcohol, all sorts of drugs, men and even knitting. This is another addiction that puts her health in danger. Why can’t she take up squash or something?”
Experts say each session should last 15-20 minutes and there should be a gap of 48 hours between sessions to allow the skin to recover.
