Five Sabarimala pilgrims dead in van-truck collision
Thrissur (Kerala), Jan 9 (ANI): Five Sabarimala pilgrims were died and three others seriously injured in a van-truck collision that took place at Nellayi near Thrissur on Friday morning
According to police, the van was hit by a truck while on its way to the Sabarimala Temple.
The deceased, hailed from Mysore, were identified as Chandran, Kiran Kumar, Sunderasen, Sivarudera Gowda and Ganesh.
Two of them died on the spot and the others succumbed to their injuries in a nearby hospital. (ANI)
