Popular theatre and television actor Ashiesh Roy sure knows how to work hard and party even harder! A Page 3 party regular himself, Ashiesh threw a grand and glitzy party on Saturday night at a well known suburban club to celebrate his birthday, and the virtual who’s who from the telly world attended his bash.
producers Deeya and Tony Singh – who gave Ashiesh his first break in television in their mega hit serial Banegi Apni were missed at the party as they couldn’t make it ,and ashiesh missed them immensely , to Rashmi Sharma,, Avika Gor, Pratyusha Bannerjee, Ali Asgar, Deepshikha, Jayati Bhatia, Sharad Malhotra, Brinda Parekh, Aatish Kapadia ,nishigandha ,achint kaur& others were there to wish the birthday boy, and join in the fun.

The birthday cake was shaped as a classy champagne magnum with the label reading ‘Ashiesh Roy: Aged to Perfection’ accompanied by a bowl of strawberries and cream, and a champagne flute, which held the birthday candle. Amidst loud whoops and cheers, Ashiesh wanted deeya and tony singh to cut the birthday cake, since, in his own words, “They gave birth to the actor named Ashiesh, so it’s only appropriate that they cut the cake.”but there absence was missed
You don’t need a reason to party & when you have a reason you party like never before; that is exactly how Ashiesh Roy takes his life as & this Birthday.
On his first ever birthday celebration out so loud he chuckles, “All these years I was caught up on my birthday & didn’t feel the need to celebrate, but ab toh party banti hai boss.”
The hand-picked 150 guests, who Ashiesh kept referring to as not colleagues but “friends who’ve touched my soul and been part of my past 15 years in the industry”, grooved the night away to foot-tapping Bollywood numbers.
