On Friday, Sidharth Malohtra, Jacqueline Fernandez, director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. attended the preview of their upcoming film A Gentleman: Sundar Susheel Risky in Mumbai. While speaking to the media at the event, Sidharth revealed that this film will be about mistaken identity.
Sidharth is seen playing two characters namely Gaurav and Rishi who are completely different with each other in their film A Gentleman.
While talking about the film, Sidharth said, “It’s an interesting take. It’s a story of mistaken identity and in a film, you will see which one is susheel and which one is risky.”
He added, “If you see the film, you will realize my character is sundar (beautiful), susheel (gentle) but he is not that boring. He has many things in him seeing that you will also think that he is bit risky as well”
Jacqueline will first time see doing action in the movie, talking about it, Jacqueline said, “This is the first time, I saw trailer on the big screen. It was stunning and overwhelming. First time I holded a real gun for this movie and first time I did some action in the field.”
Earlier, there were speculation that this film is sequel of Hrithik and Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang and it will be named as Bang Bang 2, talking about that Raj said, “Bang Bang 2 was initial rumour was their but later we clarified that it’s not Bang Bang 2. It was always a new film. It’s a film being written and made as a separate film. It was always about a guy who is very gentle so we tried to give it name a little quirky touch.”
Talking about the music Raj said, “We have been always working with Sachin-Jigar. I think they always produce some whacky and interesting tracks. People who have heard the song think that it will be album of year but I hope it will be coolest album of the year.”

Talking about the music Sidharth added, “We did cool song on disco recently, there is again Baat Ban Jaye song which people will hear in the trailer. There is another song where rapping is going on so it’s an entertaining album. I am pretty excited to present all the song to audience”
When asked about Sidharth whether he is susheel or risky in real life, he replied,”From exterior, I am Gaurav, the way my raised me giving education but from inside, each person has risky element. There is angry young man trait in everyone so I am bit of both”
The trailer of the film looks a lot like James Bond movie, when asked Sidharth about that, Sidharth said, “Our intension is not to make Indian Bond film. I feel people are relating it with gentleman aspect. He is man who takes action and control over things and always does right things”
Apart from, Sidharth and Jacqueline, Suniel Shetty is comeback in the film after long time in which he is playing Sidharth’s character’s godfather.
The trailer will be launched on Monday, July 10th. The film is set to release on August 25, 2017.
