Recently Brandsmith launched internationally acclaimed Pakistani fusion band Jal’s album titled ‘Boondh’ with Tips Music at a slick event at Crowne Plaza Delhi. Music lovers, fans, corporate honchos & the entire media fraternity descended at the picturesque Royal Mirage, Crowne Plaza where the gifted young band members Farhan Saeed (Vocalist), Shazi (Bassist), Gohar Mumtaz (Rythm Guitarist, Composer & Lyricist) performed till the wee hours of the morning as the select audience swooned to their breathtaking music, whilst their new video featuring cine star Amrita Rao played on the LCD screen, which is a rage on all channels currently.
India has been second home for most of the Pakistani singers; Now Pakistani Music Band Jal brought their brand new album ‘Boondh’ to drench the thirsty music lovers in India.
The album includes soundtracks which are Sajni, Raatein, Humain Itna Pyar, Moray Piya, Main Mast Hoon (Dhamal), Mahiya, Payal, Chup Chup, Kia Se Kia & Love sparks Chalte Chalte. The album contains 12 melodious soundtracks which includes 2 slow versions. The band is releasing their first brand new video “Love Sparks Chalte Chalte†in association with Hindustan unilever Limited featuring Amrita Rao. Directed by Lalit Aigaokar. Cute romantic visuals and the melody of the track are the highlight of this music video.
The second music video “Sajni†has been directed by talented director Bilal Lashari who has honered his skills from “Academy of Art Universityâ€, California. DOP “Neil Lisk†from USA and a Turkish Animator “Ismail Khan†were especially flown in from Hollywood to assist Bilal Lashari.
Jal is once again all set to take music to another level and setting new standards with its new album “Boondh” on Tips and we very strongly believe that this new album will also create bigger hype in the music industry and Jal will continue its trend setting tradition says Gohar Mumtaz the Rythm Guitarist, Composer and Lyricist of Jal Band. We have lot of expectations with this album ‘Boondh’, we worked for 3 years on this album. Last time when we came with album Aadat, it involved in many controversies. There is no controversy with ‘Boondh’ this time says Shazi the bassist of the Band.
When Farhan Saeed (Vocalist) was asked about the origin of Jal Band, he said “me, Gohar and Shazi share a very good chemistry. We were already having good music sense from our childhood and participated in singing competitions at college but, never thought that we will emerge as a music band.
“Brandsmith is very happy being associated with Jal Band & we are happy to launch their latest album,†said an elated Rahul Mittra, who has been a lot in news lately for his niche promotional campaigns & events. Later he released the album, along with the band members & Manisha Dey of Tips Music.
