Singer Miranda Lambert was proposed to — properly with a down on one knee stunt — by a six-year-old fan.
The fan named Sebastian got down on one knee and presented Lambert with a ring backstage at her show at MetLife Stadium on Saturday night in East Rutherford, New Jersey, reports aceshowbiz.com.
“I got engaged today,” Lambert told the crowd.
“There’s a little six-year-old boy somewhere here named Sebastian. He asked me to marry him and I said, ‘Yes, in 25 years’. When he came to my meet and greet, he got down on one knee and he was such a gentleman. It may be my favourite proposal ever… Cause girls, we deserve that. We deserve that,” she added.
Lambert later shared on Instagram photographs of the boy popping the question and her flaunting her new ring.
“I said ‘Yes’! But he has to wait 25 years. This sweet boy Sebastian is a little gentleman,” she wrote.
