Actress Debina Bonnerjee, who plays Poulomi in “Santoshi Maa”, will be seen in a double role in the TV show. She is excited about it.
As Poulomi, the goddess of jealousy in ‘Devlok’, Debina has been creating havoc for Santoshi (Ratan Singh Rajput). Now as Trishna on ‘Dhartilok’, she will be seen creating further problems in Santoshi’s life.
“I am really excited to play a double role as it’s a first for me. Very few actors get a chance to play roles with such diverse looks on the same show and I really consider myself lucky to have got this chance to showcase my versatility,” Debina said in a statement.
“While as Poulomi, viewers have seen me in an elaborate traditional attire with crown and jewellery, as Trishna, they will see me in a modern contemporary avatar. My entry as Trishna will surely bring a new twist to the story and I am sure audiences will enjoy the upcoming track,” she added.
