Actor Jiten Lalwani, best known for his roles in shows like “Hasratein”, “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” and “Pehredaar Piya Ki”, says he is planning to produce a web series soon in the hope of showcasing his humorous side.
“I am planning to produce a web series soon. Even I am open to acting in a web series. I am more than happy to be part of something which is more real and belongs to today’s youth,” Jiten told IANS here.
“I feel that my humorous side has not been explored much on TV. I will have to explore that on my own. I have certain things in mind. I can’t reveal about it much right now as that’s in a very formative stage right now.
“I can soon come up with my own web series and explore what I have not been able to do through TV,” added Jiten, who has been a part of the TV industry for over two decades.
Jiten is currently seen as Bhuvan Singh in Sony Entertainment Television’s show “Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya”.
“It’s a nice role to play,” he said of the character.
