Personally I think that Rafi sahabs voice is most suited for Shammi followed by other heros

Not just Shammiji, many more actors of that era owe their everything to Rafi Sahab. Rafi Sahab moulded his voice so perfectly that one would tend to believe that the song was actually being sung by the hero. Shammiji had also recently said in an interview on CNN-IBN that he used to sit through the entire recording of the songs sung by Rafi Sahab and that the legendary singer knew exactly what was needed. Tareef Karoon Kya Uski is an example which according to Shammiji himself is an innovation by Rafi Sahab which went on to become a cult tune.
