Jacqueline Fernandez is all set to share screen space with Kartik Aaryan in Kirik Party, helmed by Abhishek Jain.
The official handle of Kyta Productions confirmed the news on social media. It said, “Joining the #KirikParty is the beautiful @Asli_Jacqueline! Welcome Aboard…The film will be produced by @ajay0701 #DheerajWadhawan, & #VrithikaLaykar & directed by Abhishek Jain! @KytaProductions”
The film will be an official Hindi remake of blockbuster 2016 Kannada film Kirik Party starring Rakshit Shetty, Rashmika Mandanna, Samyuktha Hegde and Achyuth Kumar in important roles.
This will be the first outing of Kartik Aaryan and Jacqueline Fernandez, who earlier were spotted in Budapest for some promotional event.
Kartik is currently the most sought-after actors in the Bollywood nowadays. The actor made his Bollywood debut with Luv Ranjan’s super-hit film Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011. Later he appeared in a film titled Akaash Vani, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
Currently Kartik is shooting for Luka Chuppi co-starring Kriti Sanon.
Jacqueline Fernandez is also part of forthcoming movie Drive, which is a remake of a hollywood film of the same name starring Ryan Gosling. It is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Karan Johar. It stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Vikramjeet Virk and Sapna Pabbi in the lead roles.
