Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra has walked out of Salman Khan’s ambitious Bharat, which is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.

Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed the news on his social media profile. He wrote a rather interesting tweet, “Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special, she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her…Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life.”
The reasons are still unknown as to why Priyanka Chopra opted out of Salman Khan staring film. But it is been speculated that Priyanka Chopra is getting married to Nick Jonas and cannot commit the desired dates.
Meanwhile, Salman as its lead, Bharat also stars the young sensation, Disha Patani along with veteran Tabu.
What is interesting that Priyanka was seen prepping for Shonali Bose’s film “The Sky is Pink”, the true-life story of Ayesha Chaudhary. The Roy Kapur films confirmed that Peecee, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim have done photo-shoot for the film and preparations are underway.
Salman and Priyanka have worked in a number of films together in the past. These include God Tussi Great Ho, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and Salman-e-Ishq.
