After playing a rebel for love in his debut Hero, Actor Sooraj Pancholi now has collaborated with filmmaker Irfan Kamal for Satellite Shankar, which is based on the adventures of a soldier. The makers of the film just confirmed the new venture on social media.
The official handle of T-series just shared the first picture of the clapboard along with confirmation of the film. It said, “T-Series films & @Cine1Studios bring to you, #SatelliteShankar st. #SoorajPancholi. Based on the life of a soldier, where he discovers India & India discovers him. The ‘Hero’ actor also took to his Instagram account and shared a sneak peek from the sets. The team has begun shooting from today. Sooraj wrote, “Sab connect ho Jao! So happy and excited to announce the first day of #SatelliteShankar and it definitely wouldn’t be possible without all the love from my friends fans and family!! Love you Sab log…Stay tuned to my page to get a glimpse of this magical journey!”
The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde. The shooting for the film has already begun!
Sooraj Pancholi is also part of Time to Dance, which is an upcoming romantic drama directed by Stanley D’Costa. Co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Remo D’Souza it also features Isabelle Kaif and Waluscha De Sousa in the lead roles.
