After working with Ranbir Kapoor in Dutt biopic, Karishma Tanna says she now wants to work with Ranveer Singh in a film.
Karishma Tanna spotted at Photo shoot for upcoming Match Indian Poker League (MIPL) on Tuesday in Mumbai.
Karishma Tanna next will be seen in a Dutt biopic with Ranbir Kapoor so when asked with which filmmaker and actor she want to work in future, she said,“I really want to work with Sanjay Leela Bhanslai sir and in actor, since I have worked with Ranbir Kapoor now, I want to work with Ranveer Singh.”
Talking about her character in Dutt biopic, Karishma said, “I am part of Dutt biopic which is releasing on 29th of June. It’s a Raj Kumar Hirani’s film. I am really happy, excited and privilege to be part of that camp. I am hoping the best for me with that film because I am doing a guest appearance in the film and it is a sweet role. I have one song dialogues and scene in the film and in a way, I am opposite Vicky (Kaushal) and RK (Ranbir Kapoor) both. I was very happy when Raj Kumar Hirani sir called me and he thought that I am part of the film because I am Gujarati and my character in the film is Gujarati as well”
Talking about Match Indian Poker League, Karishma said, Match Poker is the only official form of poker that is recognised as a sport globally. So this is a big step forward for India, specifically regarding poker. May the best team win and in the end we are all rooting for Team India. I know how to play chess and teen patti but I don’t know how to play poker, so I am definitely aiming to learn this sport!”
Dutt biopic is based on Hindi film actor Sanjay Actor. It is written by Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi.
It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Paresh rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kuashal, Dia Mirza, Jim Sarbh and Karishma Sharma in pivotal roles.
It is scheduled to release on 29th June, 2018.
