Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’cruz are geared up for their upcoming film Baadshaho . The duo has started promoting their film on social platforms and today, they tweeted about their new song Mere Rashke Qamar.
Ileana D’cruz tweeted, “Romance + Ruggedness + Royalty + @milanluthria + Nusrat saab + @RFAKWorld = Mere Rashke Qamar. Our first song, a sufi track from @Baadshaho!”
The duo also posted the song’s first look where the two can be seen romancing each other with double barrels by their sides.
Mere Rashke Qamar will be a recreated version of Nusrat Fateh Ali khan’s original song, covered by Rahat Fateh Ali khan. It will also feature Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s voice in parts of the song. It has been shot in Bikaner, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.
Ileana D’cruz was last seen in Rustom and Ajay Devgn will be seen for the first time after his 2016’s Shivaay. In Baadshaho Ajay will play as a Haryanvi gangster alongside Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jammwal, Ileana D’cruz, Esha Gupta and Sunny Leone.
The multi starrer film directed by Milan Luthria is Historic fiction film set to release on 1st September.
