Alia Bhatt turns 25 today, on account of her super special birthday; the actress shared two new stills from her upcoming movie Raazi in which she plays a Kashmiri who is an Indian spy while being married to a Pakistani Army official.
Actress Alia Bhatt took to social media account and shared two new stills from her forthcoming action thriller Raazi. She captioned it, “Movies or in this case MY movies aren’t just something I do for a living..it’s kinda the reason I feel like I’m alive SO…On my 25th birthday I’ve randomly picked out two images from the 25th DAY of shoot of RAAZI and and and the TRAILER will be out 25 days from today(9th April)..Happy Birthday to me”
In the new stills Alia is seen donning a grey burkha with an intense look on her face while in the other still, the actor sports a light blue tee and a maroon jacket deep in conversation with another character. Alia also revealed that the trailer will be out on April 9, 2018.
Raazi which is directed by Meghna Gulzar, also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The storyline of Raazi is based on the best-selling book by Harinder Sikka titled Calling Sehmat. Alia’s character, who is Kashmiri, is an Indian spy while being married to a Pakistani Army official, which is played by Vicky.
Raazi is slated to release on May 11, 2018.
