What better way to raise the temperature soaring with Blue & Blues unveiling their Spring-Summer 2013 collection, ‘Spring Giardino’, on Tuesday. For a moment time stood still as the Bollywood Diva and Style Icon, Genelia D’Souza (Deshmukh) walked through the glass door of the Blue & Blues store, adding an oomph factor to the brand. Mr. Praveen Agarwal, Director, Blue & Blues Fashions India Limited was present at the occasion to address the media.

The collection offers signature bags ranging from stylish totes to shoulder bags, clutches, slings and mini bags in shades of creams, buttery yellows with shades of robin blue, fluorescents, mint green, ice pink, lavender, coppertone, beige, and tinges of engine red. Also celebrating the feeling of ‘Love’, the collection showcases the La Amore Heart Bags (from the spring/summer range) which were gifted by Genelia Deshmukh to winners of the Valentine’s Day contest in the city.

Spring Giardino, denotes ‘The Garden of Spring’ which forms the theme of the latest variety of bags from Blue & Blues. The concept is based on a fresh and colourful advent of the season, with colour blocking being one of the unique expressions of the theme. A variety of leather, in terms of look and finish like animal textures comprising of croco textured leather, plain classic natural leather, rule the spring collection. The approximate price range of the collection is between Rs.1688 to Rs.7988/- for ladies handbags Rs. 688 to Rs.2288/- for men and women wallets and Rs.1988 to Rs.7988/- for men bags, portfolios and laptop bags and the collection will be available from the first week of March, 2013.
