It was the occasion of 3 days celebration by Cultural Department of Jammu and Kashmir to safeguard and protect Kashmiri language Dongri, on this occasion Cultural Department, Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Dr. Rafiq Masoodi invited actor Mukesh Rishi who is popularly known as honest police officer Salim in film Sarfarosh to grace the event. Mukesh Rishi made his presence at this press conference although he is busy in his upcoming project with Director Rajender Singh Babu, Mr. Babu has movies like Sharara, Kid Bang Bang etc. in his filmography.
