Finally, Actor Dhanush unveils the first teaser poster of his Hollywood Debut, The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir, which is stunning, surreal and funny at the same time.
The actor took to his social media account and released the teaser poster. He captioned it, “Here is the teaser poster of “the extraordinary journey of the fakir”…my first English film. It’s been an extraordinary journey indeed…THIS SUMMER. @LRCF6204 hope you guys like it”
Dhanush is all set for his Hollywood debut with ‘The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir’ directed by Ken Scott. The teaser poster of his debut venture seems to touch upon this very sense of adventure. The film tells the story of Ajatashatru (Dhanush), who sets on a mission to find his missing father. The journey takes him to places like Paris, Rome and Mumbai.
Based on a bestseller book The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe, the film is an English-French comedy-drama also features actress Berenice Bejo, Barkhad Abdi and Erin Moriarty.
The movie will release in three languages in India, such as English, Hindi and Tamil. It is all set to release in summer 2018.
Dhanush is also working on the sequel, titled Maari 2, which also stars Telugu film Fidaa fame actress and a dancer in Vijay TV show Sai Pallavi.
