Fatima Sana Shaikh opened her Bollywood account with mega-hit Dangal, where she played the role of a wrestler. Now the actress is all set to share the screen with giants like Amitabh Bachchan in Thugs Of HindostanThugs Of Hindostan, say she feels fortunate.
Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are coming together for the first time in Thugs Of Hindostan, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead.
“It is very special; I think I am very fortunate that I am getting a chance to work with a legend, Amitabh Bachchan. I am really excited and he is an amazing co-star” said Fatima about working with Big B.
Working with a giant like Amitabh Bachchan could be intimidating and daunting task for a newcomer, but Fatima says that Big B helped her a lot and made her comfortable on the sets.
“Amitabh Bachchan made me feel comfortable a lot, so at no point, I felt intimidated by him” added Fatima.
Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Shaikh shared the screen in Dangal as father and daughter, but with Thugs Of Hindostan, the actors will be seen in different roles and actress talks about her equation with Aamir.
“I am getting a chance to work with Aamir Khan once again. So it is great and I still bully him a lot. I also think it is going to be a great film because it is a Yash Raj Banner Film” said Fatima.
Thugs of Hindostan is an upcoming period action-adventure film, written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film is based on a book, Confessions of a Thug by Philip Meadows Taylor.
The film is set to be released during Diwali, 2018.
