November 29, 2010 : After the much talked about the Break Ke Baad movie which released on last Friday and deals with the life and problems of modern couples who are at cross roads to choose between their careers and their love lives, it was being projected as being quite unrealistic in real life by many.
However, just to prove those people wrong, there is news about the leading stars of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, Freida Pinto and Dev Patel going through the same situation in their real lives. According to the news going around, Freida has been clearly giving out signals that she and Dev were still together and despite their long distance relationship being seen as a break-up by many they actually are still a real life couple, very much in touch and also in love.
The couple, who had met on the sets of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, had fallen very much for each other and since then had been spotted always together and very happy in each other’s company at the events associated with the film, right from promos, to premiers to receiving awards!
However, as time passed they had to part ways due to professional reasons, Dev Patel, a Brit actor had to leave for London and Freida Pinto had quite a few Hollywood projects that she had signed up for post Slumdog,so she had to be in Los Angeles.
Reports about the two visiting some famous bakery in the US also had come in with the two planning to tie the knot in India and all doing the rounds. But after a while the media forgot about the cozy two some, with some thinking that there was nothing left in their relationship post ‘Slumdog’.
Now, as Freida has come out with these revelations, it truly points out the dilemma that this generation of youngsters is going through in choosing between career and personal life- well break ke baad anyone?
