On Sunday, Arjun Kapoor, Athiya Shetty, Ileana D’Cruz and Anees Bazmee were present to launch song ‘Hawa Hawa’ from their upcoming film Mubarakan in Mumbai. While speaking to media, Arjun stated that He is a relaxed man and he doesn’t try to outdo people.

When reporter asked him about underplaying himself in his career, Arjun said, “I am producer’s son and I have seen this industry from long period of time. I know that when film becomes successful it is not because of a single man and it’s a complete team work and audience always give much more to the actors than what they deserved or expected. I have always been a team player so that is inherent in me. I am passionate about cinema and entertaining the people and I am not here to make mark for myself. I feel when you do memorable characters and films then automatically actor’s life becomes memorable. It is not that I like to underplay myself but I don’t like to show-off I am very relaxed kind of person and I don’t want outdo people.”

Talking about his future plans, Arjun said, “After release of Mubarakan, I want to take some time off from work because my entire last year has gone to shoot Half Girlfriend and Mubarakan back to back. It is not meant that I want to do less work but it is only that I want to work with some planning so that I can be able to take time for myself in future because when actor’s do back to back films then they don’t get much time to spend their personal life so I have to make balance on that front.”

He added, “I definitely want to direct a film but I don’t know when because right now I don’t have any plans to direct a film.”

Today, Arjun will be celebrating his 31st birthday, talking about Hawa Hawa song launch which is originally picturised on Mithun Chakraborty in his film Chaalis Chauraasi, Arjun said, and “It will be perfect gift to the audience from my side on my birthday. From last 5 years, I have felt sense of belongingness with the audience. Mubarakan is celebratory film and we have made it with lots of heart so today will be double celebration time because of my birthday and Eid. I always had in mind to recreate a popular song but it also has responsibility. In our film there is funny and innocent situation in which this song fits in completely so we decided to recreate this iconic song “
