Hrithik Roshan attended the audience at the 43rd Giants International Convention 2017. While addressing the audience Hrithik said he hopes Hrehaan and Hridhaan will grow up to learn the beauty and magic of contribution and service.
The actor said he wanted to share an experience he had with his kids Hrehaan and Hridhaan while having breakfast with them. “Their favorite thing to do is project into the future 20 years from now. I sit through the different possibilities of whom and what might change throughout. And while I am looking at the different pictures that come in my head, I keep thinking what success will mean to them what values will they uphold. Which virtue will they hold the highest in their mind?”
Roshan who will be part of Anand Kumar’s biopic regards contribution and service as the most important virtue, like the Super 30 founder.
‘Super 30’ is an educational program run by Anand that hunts for 30 meritorious talents from among the economically backward sections of the society. He trains them for India’s most prestigious institution, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). In the last seven years, it has produced hundreds IITians from extremely poor background. During this program, students are provided free coaching, lodging, and food.
“While I am thinking about this I am also discovering a father’s own hopes and desires for his children. And among those, there is one value that stands the tallest which I hope and pray that they inculcate which is the value of contribution and service.”
To get the character right for Vikas Bahl’s biopic film ‘Super 30′, Hrithik is being constantly coached by none other than Anand Kumar himself.
Hrithik believes, “These two simple words have the power to change and envision a different world around you. Contribution to your fellow men, contribution to your society itself is a thing to bring about positive change. And that is the highest form of service. It is the noblest of all virtues and the kindness and closest to God.”
“I sit there at the breakfast table and I wonder if my children will grow up to learn the beauty and magic of these simple words.” He added.
Hrithik’s upcoming projects, include ‘Krrish 4’, ‘ Super 30’ a biopic on Anand Kumar and an untitled movie with Yash Raj Films co-starring Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles.
