Prachi Desai attended promotional event of Indian Cue Master League team Gujarat Kings on Wednesday in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. During media interaction, Prachi stated that she would love do biopic on sportsperson.
When asked Prachi , whether she would like to do a sports biopic in her career, she said, “ I think any story based on sports or on the life of sportsperson, I would love to play the role. It could be any game. I have so much respect for sports people for the kind of hard work, dedication and determination that they have. There is so much that is inspirational about them so if I get chance to play one of those roles in my film it will really change me and it will bring discipline in my life. It will make me learn something new that might be amazing”.
Talking about current sport scenario in our country, she said, “The way sports evolved in this country is really amazing. I love the fact that in today’s time, there is no age barrier where you can play a sport or become a businessman or do whatever you like and that’s the most amazing part being in this time.”
Talking about her interest for sports when it comes to watching and playing, Prachi said, “I love watching tennis or cricket. In school time, I used to take part in competition like badminton, relay races and long jumps. I also used play hockey and basketball. I missed those days. I miss playing now those games with my friends and snooker is something that I would love to try my hand.”
Talking about her film projects, Prachi said, “I did a short film named Carbon which we launched on Tuesday and that was very different experience for me. It’s kind of set in a time which is way ahead from now. It is set in 2067 and its subject that really matters to me so it was wonderful being part of that. After that I am doing an adventure fantasy film Kosha. It’s a news genre in India. We have just launched a teaser kind of picture of it and I loved the reaction that people gave to it so it’s been pretty amazing”.
Prachi last seen in Rock On 2 which was released in 2016.
