“Karan Singh Grover is a Strange Sardar” says Actress Bipasha Basu on the sidelines of book launch here in Mumbai.
The stunning dusky actress Bipasha launched The Great Indian Wedding Book published by Hundred Communications. While interacting with media, Bipasha expressed that he husband is a strange sardar, who is slowly turning into a propr Bengali, more so than herself.
“I think Karan is now more Bengali than me. He wants rice (bhath) every day, I don’t eat it every day maybe once a while, but he wants to eat it every day. He is a strange Sardar, he doesn’t want any Roti or Paratha, only wants bhath. He speaks fluent Bengali but I don’t know Punjabi. He tries to teach me but I haven’t grasped it yet” added Bipasha.
Bipasha Basu-Karan Singh Grover are fondly called as the monkey lovers and often share pictures on their social networking pages. They’re each other’s travel buddies, gym buddies and much more.
Bipasha-Karan wedding was an epic affair. Two of the most beautiful and empowered model and actor tied the knot with entire Bollywood in presence. Actress also added that preparing for wedding felt like prepping for a film.
“A wedding is an amalgamation of curated ideas and the checklist is endless. When I got married, it felt like I was prepping for another film to be honest” Bipasha.
